Casper Ruud has won the toss and has chosen to serve in the final of the ATP Madrid Masters 1000. The Norwegian will face off against Carlos Alcaraz in a rematch of last year's final, which Ruud won in straight sets.
Ruud is the No. 1 seed in Madrid and is currently ranked No. 3 in the world. He has won two titles this year, including the ATP Buenos Aires Open and the ATP Rio Open. Alcaraz is the No. 2 seed in Madrid and is currently ranked No. 4 in the world. He has won one title this year, the ATP Barcelona Open.
The final of the ATP Madrid Masters 1000 is scheduled to begin at 3 pm CEST on Sunday, April 28. The match will be broadcast live on Tennis Channel.
