Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre Parking Changes Unveiled
New system to improve customer experience and reduce congestion
Liverpool ONE has announced a series of changes to its parking system in a bid to improve the customer experience and reduce congestion. The new system will be introduced in phases from April 2023.
Key changes include:
- A new cashless payment system will be introduced, with customers able to pay for parking using their contactless bank card or mobile phone.
- The number of pay-on-foot machines will be increased, making it easier for customers to pay for parking.
- The car park layout will be reconfigured to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion.
- New signage will be installed to help customers find their way around the car park more easily.
Liverpool ONE's general manager, Chris Moore, said: "These changes are being introduced to improve the customer experience and reduce congestion. We want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to park their cars and enjoy their visit to Liverpool ONE."
